The Day Rooms at the Bacon Mansion are spacious and comfortable places to relax or gather with friends. Day Rooms include the Living Room, a Library with tiled fireplace, and the Formal Dining Room, where breakfast is served.
The Day Rooms and Courtyard at the Bacon Mansion can also play host to your small business meeting (maximum 18 and please call for details), small wedding, or reception.
Use of House $650...With wedding ceremony add $300 / Minimum 25 people and Maximum 70 people (80 in good weather).
Catering Cost: $40.00 to $45.00 per person, includes three items from each selection of food below (cake service an additional $40 flat rate). A reasonable gratuity should be added to the Catering Cost for the staff.
Preparation, service and clean up, freshly ground coffee, tea, cream and sugar, non-alcoholic punch, linens, napkins and ivory candles in dining room, china plates and cups, silver forks and spoons, champagne glasses & wine glasses, silver candelabras and serving pieces, bartender and servers.
Sales Tax is 9.6% on rental charge and on catering services. A fair Gratuity on the Catering Services only. Price guaranteed for ninety days. All balances due three days prior to function. $500 non-refundable deposit will hold date.
